The White teams prioritize fundamental skills, emphasize high repetitions, ensure affordability, and aim to prepare players for the Elite level if they desire to pursue that path.

Open to all female lacrosse players of high school or middle school age, the HS & MS White teams operate seasonally during the Fall and Summer, distinguishing them from our year-round Elite teams. Moreover, the teams primarily compete locally, demanding less time and financial commitment from families. This makes it an excellent choice for players new to club lacrosse, providing an opportunity to explore the sport, or for those seeking to maintain their skills without committing to a year-round elite team.
