The HS White team prioritizes fundamental skills, emphasizes high repetitions, ensures affordability, and aims to prepare players for the Elite level if they desire to pursue that path. Open to all female lacrosse players of high school age, the HS White team operates seasonally during the Fall and Summer, distinguishing it from our year-round Elite teams. Moreover, the team primarily competes locally, demanding less time and financial commitment from families. This makes it an excellent choice for players new to club lacrosse, providing an opportunity to explore the sport, or for those seeking to maintain their skills without committing to a year-round elite team.
