Player Development
Storm provides an elite year- round experience with a maximum of 22 players per team. At Storm we truly care about everyone within our program. With experienced coaches at all levels, we provide instruction by incorporating individual and team-based learning opportunities for players at every stage of their progression. Training camps, team bonding, fall & summer detailed evaluations all included.
Elite Competition-Tournament Selection
We work hard to get our teams into high-level recruiting tournaments & showcases. We offer competitive performance elevation experiences with our advocacy and exposure for players desiring to compete at the collegiate level.
Experienced Coaching Staff
Our coaching staff has extensive expertise in preparing players for the next level. Our coaches are committed to developing outstanding young ladies both on and off the field. As a program founded by coaches, our focus is quality instruction above all else.
Recruiting and College Guidance
We assist all players who are pursuing goals of playing at the next level to reach those goals. We offer 1 on 1 recruiting meetings, detailed recruiting manual, IWLCA Sports recruits account, and multiple college connections.
Additional Opportunities
Storm provides its players with multiple opportunities to grow outside of practices – Nations Best/3D National, Guest playing for other competitive 3Step Clubs, clinics, Winter College Series, Spring training, team building, etc.
