Erika Eipp is in her 5th year as the Head Varsity Lacrosse Coach at Mount Paran Christian school. Prior to joining MPCS, Coach Eipp served as an assistant lacrosse coach at Yale University, and Kennesaw State. Coach Eipp attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst where she was on the Women’s Lacrosse team and was named an All- American. Coach Eipp also played professional lacrosse for 2 years. Coach Eipp was born in Syracuse, NY but attended High School in Boston, MA. Erika has a brother who lives in Atlanta, GA and played D1 lacrosse at Harvard University
